Compliance for Fertilizer, Feed, Seed and Pet Food Vendors at your Event: The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry is responsible for overseeing registration of Agronomic Products such as feed, fertilizers and seed and also Plant Merchant licensing program within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you have vendors that are selling feed, pet food, pet treats, fertilizer, seed or plants and nursery stock, please provide this document to them regarding licensing regulations.
